Please complete the RMA request form before each return. Regardless of whether it is a repair order, a warranty case or a wrong delivery. Defective devices for repair that reach us without a return delivery note can unfortunately no longer be accepted for organizational reasons. These devices will be returned to the sender.
You will receive your completed RMA request form back together with our repair offer. If you confirm the repair order, you will receive the return delivery note from us, with which you can send your repair back to us.
If a warranty is established, we will not charge any costs. If no repair is necessary or possible, we will only charge you the inspection and transport costs. After the repair or inspection, you will receive our order confirmation with the costs incurred and then your repair back. You will not receive another offer from us. By returning the device to be repaired, you accept our repair offer.
